The machining and assembly capabilities of Huapei Powertrain Division cover the process capabilities of car, CNC, grinding, welding and assembly, and adopt the industry's leading equipment brands such as Europe, America and Japan, and other well-known brand machine tools, and are committed to providing customers with high-quality and high-precision machining and assembly services

Process introduction

1. With the ability to quickly proofing prototypes, with high-precision lathes, 4-axis CNC, 5-axis CNC, high-precision grinders, and experienced programming and manufacturing capabilities, to assist customers in prototype proofing and DV verification, depending on the complexity of parts and materials, the prototype proofing cycle is generally 2-4 weeks
2. Be able to arrange the optimal cost manufacturing process according to the customer's design, and assist the customer to control the best production and manufacturing cost
3. In addition to riveting, press-fitting, TIG welding and other processes, it also has high-energy beam welding processing capabilities (laser welding, electron beam welding capabilities), which can minimize the amount of thermal deformation caused by heat input in the welding process, and the best product flatness after welding can be controlled within 0.008

Turning: It mainly includes NC CNC horizontal lathes, vertical lathes, turning and milling compound CNC machine tools, double-spindle lathes, etc., to ensure high-precision machining while taking into account production efficiency by means of automatic assembly
CNC capability: With 4-axis and 5-axis machining centers, the brand covers imported brands such as Makino, Mazak, Doosan, etc., and the highest precision can reach 6-7 levels of accuracy
Grinding capacity: CNC centerless grinder, surface grinder, double-end grinder, ultra-precision cylindrical grinder, vertical honing and horizontal honing capacity, the highest grinding accuracy can reach 4 precision

Assembly and welding capabilities: automatic riveting production line (with automatic detection), semi-automatic Tig welding, high-energy beam laser automatic welding production line (for stainless steel up to 6mm maximum penetration depth), and vacuum electron beam welding production line (vacuum up to 10-2Pa to ensure welding quality)

Material capabilities

Special material processing capacity: difficult-to-machine materials Ni-based superalloy, Co-based alloy processing, etc
